It has come to our attention that a website, “mrltreasuryhk.com”, is displaying a business name identical to one of our Group's affiliated companies, MRL Treasury Limited, without our Group’s authorization, consent, or approval. Aside from abusing MRL Treasury Limited’s company name, the website also lists MRL Treasury Limited’s Company Registration Number, and held itself out as providing various financial services.

We believe this website is a scam which may mislead the public into believing that the business or services referred to are related to, authorized by, or endorsed by our Group. We, the Manhattan Group (“our Group”), hereby declare that our Group, as well as any members, shareholders, or directors of our Group or its affiliated members, are in no way affiliated with the website or the business and/or services mentioned therein. Further, MRL Treasury Limited also does not provide any financial services to the public.

We shall take all necessary legal action as we may be advised against the owner of the website for any loss and damage sustained as a result of this fraudulent website.

We strongly urge the public to exercise caution in regards to this scam. If you have received any suspicious information in the name of our Group or its affiliates, please contact us to verify. If you believe you are the victim of such a scam, you are advised to report it immediately to the police and other appliable law enforcement authorities.
